This is the only program that has worked for me to not only lose weight but gain muscles. I have lost weight and love the accountability this program teaches you the right way to lose weight and keep it off not like all the other fad diets. Ebony is the best trainer I have ever worked with.

I was very impress with the Tabata challenge. I must admit I really struggle with my weight loss but I must say I lose a few pounds and inches. I think this program was a success. Fast paced but great. I think the high intensity workouts work better for my body type. I love it

I loved how everything is laid out for you! All you have to do is follow the plan be consistent and results will follow. The biggest difference that I notice was my endurance and energy level. I was able to shave six minutes off my 2 mile jog/walk time from the first week to the last. The workout videos were great and I really appreciated that modifications were given as an option. I don't have a traditional 9-5 schedule so to be able to plan and workout when my schedule allowed was a blessing.
