Scheduling was a breeze on line. They kept me updated on the status of my service via e-mail as well as text. They were very detailed messages on what was required to do in preparation for my service. This included a rain out and setting up a new appointment. They have always been professional and personable. The service techs were also awesome. They arrived on schedule, introduced theirselves , advised me what they were going to do and immediately went to work. They took their time and did an exemplary job which included filling misc. cracks. They did so good my neighbors thought I re-paved my driveway. Express Sealcoating (a division of Kaplan Paving) did a great job all around. After seeing the job, several neighbors requested their contact information.
