They did a nice and very neat job which is important to me. I rated them a 4 vs. 5 because they seem very expensive compared to other companies I've used over the years but a few of my neighbors and I coordinated the date and time together so we got a $20 discount which helped. My standard 2 car garage driveway was still $180 after discount. They price based upon square footage They seem to estimate over the phone by looking at Google aerial footage perhaps as my driveway seemed to be a little bigger than my next door neighbor and the neighbor across the street although at a glance they seem the same size. Everything ran very efficiently though the scheduling took me 3 calls over a month or so to get someone to call me back. I know it's their busy season but in my business it took a client 3 calls if it took 3 attempts to get someone to call them back I probably would lose a number of clients. One service that they could add-on as an optional value-add feature would be to offer to fill the gap between the concrete end of the garage and where the asphalt driveway starts. One company I worked with a few years ago did that for a small up charge and it was really nice The gal I spoke to on the phone probably could have been a lit more warm and fuzzy perhaps. Overall, I was satisfied and glad to be able to get on the schedule And get the job done for the season. They also were timely which was nice
