Herman was very patient with me when I was receiving bad reviews for my house and he listened as I vented to him my frustration. We pulled the house off the market and remodeled...Herman waited patiently until we were ready again. He gave me good suggestions for pricing just right to get lots of attention. We sold very quickly and much better than we thought. Patience and perseverance will pay off.
