Herman was super easy to work with. He was honest with me and straight forward. He knew what I could get for my house, which was quite a bit more than I was planning on getting. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. He made me feel like I was in complete control with how I was going to sell my house. I appreciate his honesty and directness with my questions and he took the time to explain things to me when I did not understand. This was my first time selling a house and he made it an painless as possible. I would totally recommend Herman and have already recommended him to a good friend.

Herman was so responsive, patient, prompt, knowledgeable, and treated us like family throughout the whole 5 months that we worked with him. Never did I feel like he was pressuring us or trying to sell anything to us, which I appreciate so much. We are very thankful for him and his team. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Herman. He is patient, no pushing, understand what we want. The most important, he knows what he is doing!!! Thank you Herman for the job well done!
