As a first time home buyer Herman took the time to explain every detail in the process. He was always available when ever we had a question and made sure that we understood. I rarely rate anything 5 star but this guy is too good to not give 5 stars.

What a challenging process we had with our house purchase! Herman did not reject the difficulty and took upon almost down for the count case. He was diligent from the pre-financing process till the time we had to resolve our post sale issues. We liked how knowledgeable he was about the area and always straight-forward when we asked tricky questions. Responses would come even at 9 pm on a Sunday (not that I recommend you to text him 24/7). He made difficult stages easy on us and went extra mile to have things settled and negotiated to our best. We are very happy altogether with the quality of Herman's work. Ukrainian Connection ;)
