Herman recently helped us with the purchase of our first home. After many showings and several offers which were rejected, we were frustrated. Herman assured us that is we should keep moving forward, and that soon we would find the right home where our offer would be accepted. Within a few weeks we did find that home. It is in the area we wanted and within our price range. After we closed on the home, Herman told us that should we have any wuestions or concerns even years down the road, to give him a call. He even gave us some ideas for remodeling changes we are considering in the future as well as a contractor for the job. Herman is knowledgeable, accomodating, patient and is overall a great guy.
