Ellen helped me by my first home. She gave me the best advice ever about choosing the right property. If I went with another realtor I would have probably regretted it. She taught me how to invest in real estate and changed my mindset. Couldn't have wished for a better advice

Herman helped us find a perfect home within 3 months!! He was always very patient and accommodating. We viewed so many homes during this period; I never felt pressured during the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I was inexperienced about most of the process, but Herman was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was also very easy with him through text messages, and phone calls. Overall, I would definitely recommend Herman!!!

Project Managers and Engineers (husband) to Salespeople (wife) will appreciate Herman's work style and ethic. Herman got us in the exact house we wanted for a lower price than listed. Honestly, he got us in our dream home in the perfect neighborhood after looking for 2 years. Prompt responses, thorough follow up, very knowledgable, and sincere. If you want his honest opinion on things, he will tell you (if you ask). Great guy. Will work with him again, already recommended him to friends. House we bought is new construction, $450-$500k, in Minneapolis.
