I couldn't have asked for anybody better. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of home buying. Herman was quick, witty, and aimed to please in the whole process. I didn't have a clue and at times had way more questions, concerns and nervousness yet he was more than willing to help with anything thrown at him. Ive heard horror stories of others peoples interactions and realtor unwillingness, and Herman is and was the exact opposite.
