I know sometimes it hard to believe all 5 stars, but Herman is the real deal. He is an excellent realtor and more important a great person. He always returned phone calls in a timely manor. He gave good advice, and helped us from start to finish.

Herman did an outstanding job helping us find the perfect first home. As first time how buyers we felt very inexperienced with the whole process. Herman did an exceptional job making sure we were educated, and all our questions were answered. He shows patience, respect, and definitely has the clients best intrest in mind! He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free! We would highly recommend Herman to all our friends and family.

I've known Herman for a few years now. He was my agent the first time I bought a condo, and I also worked with him to buy another one and sell the old condo. Herman takes the time to understand the needs of the client, is not pushy at all and is very respectful. His positive attitude and approach makes me recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.
