Herman was amazing to work with throughout the home buying process. He's very patient, very knowledgeable, very punctual, and professional. I was not an easy client to work with yet Herman never made me feel less than important. I plan to work with Herman again in the future. I'm very pleased with the house that he helped me get. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Herman is by far the easiest professional to work with. We've bought two houses with him, and we've been able to successfully get our first choice each time. Before you go elsewhere, give Herman a call, it's a lot easier.

Herman is very experienced agent who never afraid to tell what are the existing/potential problems the property has. He gives you valuable tips and advice to meet your needs. We checked 40 properties with him and he was always very patient and not "pushy". Overall - highly recommended.
