Herman was the first Realtor to respond when I began 'trolling' websites for homes. I started searching for my retired parents who were looking to move closer to their daughter and grand-kids. He has always been very timely in his responses to questions and requested home showings. My parents, I thought would be easy clients and it ended up exactly the opposite.
