We are working with Herman who represent's us as the buyer's agent. He has been very patient and understanding of our needs. He has been very responsive in making offers on properties and helping us out in finding our dream home. We would recommend him to anyone. My husband I were lucky enough to find Herman and we are working with him to find our dream home. Herman is like no other Realtor I have known! He is extremely honest and upfront with integrity to spare. His negotiation skills are phenomenal and his knowledge of finance options is unsurpassed. He is also one of the hardest workers I have ever seen! If anyone could make buying or selling a home less stressful it would be Herman. I trust him implicitly. We will never use another Realtor, we are clients for life!
