I have been in Herman’s mailing list for about 4 moths. He has been great by providing me lists for houses and condos that I have been interested to purchase in few months. I would recommend this realtor to anyone looking to buy a house efficiently and professionally. My experience with Herman Antonov as a realtor has been nothing but pleasurable. Besides being timely, courteous and knowledgeable he is very patient and never pressures anything on you. He is very knowledgeable in realty and was able to give professional advice and an honest opinion on anything that had to do with me buying my new home. From working with him you can tell that he firstly is concerned with getting you the home that fits you and is not merely trying to sell you the biggest and most expensive property he can find. Whether shopping for a 50K condo or a 700K property he will spend as much time as you need for you to find exactly what you are looking for. Definitely recommend Herman as a realtor to anyone

Herman is a great realtor - he has made our first house purchase enjoyable and hassle free. Herman definitely knows what to do to establish a lifelong relationship! We will definitely go back to him for any future needs when it comes down to searching for a new house.
