Herman and his team did an amazing job marketing and selling our house. We had multiple offers before the house went on the market and it sold well above asking price immediately upon listing. He took the time to walk through our house and give recommendations for photos and was extremely responsive at any time of day. We were first time sellers and appreciate his patience and expertise. Would definitely recommend listing your house with Herman and his team!

Herman was awesome to have on our team as we jumped on the roller coaster called home buying. He was patient, persistent and willing to find a way to meet with us. He is knowledgeable in his line of work. I would highly recommend Herman when looking for a home.
