They did a very good job on getting the mechanical issues fixed to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive however did not fix all the issues and I was charged for labour on the item they did not fix.

The service writer Tisha was amazing! Had great customer service skills, all the staff here are soo friendly . Thanks for such great customer service from all of you !

the team at denham ford and the chairman on pick up made a horrible acary scenario the best experience. i worked for ford for 11 years and these folks believe in the brand. sorry to the receptionist as i am sure my endless calls were annoying and sorry to be so high maintenance. i would recommend all people in the valley and bc wide to come to you

Unbelievable service. My family was travelling through and our F-150 had a spurious emissions error that put our truck into limp mode. We came into the dealership a little after 5PM, and Sean and his co-worker were very helpful. They let us know all of the mechanics had left, but to come back the next morning. Sean got us in right away and they inspected our vehicle. Though the service department's schedule was full, they were very understanding of being stranded in town. Sean went above and beyond. If I lived anywhere near here, I would get my vehicle serviced from this dealership The lady driving the shuttle vehicle was also very friendly. The customer service here was excellent. The whole staff was excellent!

Denham Ford was a great place to buy my vehicle. Helpful, kind, kept me informed. Gurdeesh was awesome in sales and Stacey in finance was great at explaining and we felt very comfortable with all our decisions.

My appointment was made promptly, pleasant telephone service, car was taken in earlier than stated and completed well before the time quoted. Service folks were polite, friendly and helpful.
