So I will have to say I'm probably one of the worst customers they have. As soon as I signed up a lot of stuff started happening personally and I was not able to get all of my information over to them. I sent them a picture of my logo and that was it. I didn't really answer any of the onboarding questions or send them my Facebook page, website or Instagram I SENT THEM NOTHING.... ..literally nothing!! I went on a month later and had the most AMAZING advertisements and posts waiting for my to approval!! THEY FOUND MY BUSINESS PAGES AND MADE ADS OFF OF THAT!! How they made the perfect post and advertisement on my business with absolutely no information from me is impressive!! I definitely recommend them! They are so helpful and responsive....do it!! At first I was not sure about Smarcomms, but I did take my time and look at the reviews before purchasing a package to try out the services for myself.
I must say I am so far very pleased with the creation of the content they are making for my business and its only been three weeks work of content so far.
Customer service also has been very quick in responding to any concerns I have and the content team is very open to hearing /receiving any new ideas for content creation.
