Excellent and thorough analysis of my ductwork and HVAC system to ensure the best approach in cleaning and sanitise my home. The gentleman alerted me to his arrival and arrived on time. We walked through my home and discussed everything that would be done and asked and answered any questions. All the vents were either covered and/or removed and thoroughly cleaned with an anti microbial disinfectant and properly replaced. My dryer vent was also cleaned, ensuring the exterior vent was properly cleaned and the gas dryer airflow was checked. Drop clothes were laid out to protect areas and the agent was extremely kind and courteous throughout. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend.

Very professional at a good price. Did an amazing job with all the up to date tools, knowledge and experience. Never cut any corners and upon completion of the job John left everything clean and even vacuumed any dust left over from the ductwork he just cleaned. Dennis from OnTheSpot was extremely professional, skilled, warm, friendly, and thorough in his cleaning of our HVAC vents. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. He worked very hard for about three hours – we have a lot of vents and square footage. This company is phenomenal. They send reminders re: appointments beforehand and communicate by text to keep customers updated re: their arrival time. We would happily use them again when we need this service.
