Excellent! I was notified when they were on their way, Alicia introduced herself and was very nice and upbeat! She did an amazing job even on my younger daughter’s room who is obsessed with makeup and crafts! Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them in the future!!

TOP TOP TIER Hands down best company to hire with any ductwork situation, very very easy going and hands down the most genuine employee’s I’ve ever encountered with a company. I could not find a company to help out with my situation and company’s were charging an arm and a leg for service and I just couldn’t afford them and just to get someone sent to my house was ridiculously expensive. Thankfully I came across this company who not only understood my situation but literally took care of it within a few minutes. I had a technician named Johnny Lee stop by and remove a phone from my basement ductwork, and literally costed me 0$ for the whole service. God sent I can say, thank you guys for everything and may blessings continue coming your way.

I really appreciated On the Spot cleaners coming from Canandaigua to Penn Yan to clean my rugs professionally. Alicia did a great job in a small amount of time, 4 rooms which are fairly small, in 45 minutes. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this business to help with your cleaning needs.

I used on the spot cleaners for duct cleaning and for rug cleaning. The communication was fantastic from beginning to end. Starting with Nichole who reserved the time and made sure to give me reminders of when the cleaner was coming; along with a Dennis the Cleaner whose communication and work was fantastic and very professional! He educated me on the process of duct cleaning, gave me updates and even showed me before and after photos. He even went a little beyond and fixed the dryer tubing that went outside, as it had leaks and made sure it was attached correctly. The rugs look great too! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
