In general, I am not easily impressed but I felt compelled to write a laudatory review for Randy.
He was extremely punctual- sending me a reminder text the night before and then again , one hour prior to the appointment. He came on time and was ready to work immediately upon arrival. He took every measure to protect my floors ( booties and drop cloth) from damage. He was extremely fast and efficient. He finished the job exactly at the promised time and left the house very tidy in his wake.
He is a great example to others in his field and is a customer service professional

HUGE shout out to On The Spot Cleaners for doing some quality and clean work in our home in preparation for baby Olivia.
We had our ducts cleaned, and could’ve built a German Shepard from scratch with all of the hair they found in the returns . She lays right in front of it .
We also had two bedroom carpets and 2 area rugs cleaned for unbeatable prices. This was much needed after all of the messy projects I’ve been doing around the house!
