Randy and his team are second to none! Our basement flooded on 7/11 after a heavy rainfall. They were at our house in under a hour after calling them, and worked incredibly hard and fast to mitigate the damage to our finished basement and remove the damaged flooring. They were friendly, personable, and most importantly they were super kind to our 3 boys who were a little nervous about all the water filling up their finished basement. We text Randy with a question after they left (around 9:30 PM) and he called us immediately. I called on a Wednesday because we had a small window where our old furniture would be gone and before the new furniture arrived. They were very accommodating and fit me right in! They were on time and so friendly. Ross did a fantastic job and my carpets look like new again!! Even the furniture delivery crew commented on how nice it smelled in the house (we have 2 dogs) and said you wouldn’t know it except they were barking (haha). I will definitely be having them come back, best service and staff ever!

Randy and his team were on site within hours of my call, and had the work done quickly. They were on time, professional and took care of everything better than they said they would. My mom and I have used On The Spot for years!! Ross is absolutely terrific and does a superior job with our carpets! We have rescue dogs and cats and sometimes the doggies have accidents on the carpet. Ross always takes his time and even spends extra time on those areas the dog has been. This review is long overdue so I apologize to people who use reviews to help choose who to hire. I trust this company and I appreciate all their hard work and dedication to getting our carpets as clean as possible! Ross is truly dedicated to his work and it shows! I contacted on the spot cleaners via email and the owner contacted me within an hour to set up an appointment. He explained his tech would get a hold of me to set up the logistics. Ross called and set up logistics within an hour of that! On the day of the carpet cleaning I received a call that morning to ensure appointment. Steve arrived right on time. He went through the detailed bill and explained the service to me. We had moved all of our furniture and vacuumed before he arrived (a must) so he was up and cleaning within 5 minutes. Steve was very friendly! I had to leave and felt comfortable leaving him in my home. He had his equipment behind my car and he had to move everything so I could get out. We was extremely gracious which was great because it was definitely a pain to have to unhook everything and move it. I felt bad but he was so nice about it.
Steve explained drying time after shampooing. We left everything dry before putting the furniture back for about 1.5 days to be on the safe side. He offered pads to put under the furniture if we needed it back on the carpet sooner but we declined.
When I arrived home everything was so nice and clean!!!!! Yay! We also had him clean one of our throw rugs and it turned out beautiful!
I would highly recommend on the spot cleaners! Well worth the money! Great price and professional service!!!!!
