My anxiety about dentists is so high -- I have neglected my teeth. I recently had my first visit with Dr Drone and I want to tell anyone who feels that way that you can rest assured it will be a good experience. From the first phone call staff was kind, friendly and professional. His hygienist Celestia was a dream come true. I arrived after days of anxiety about this appointment and was extremely nervous. Partly because I gag easily and, in the past, I had employees of other doctors become inpatient or irritated. Celestia took her time with me. Every step of the way she explained what she was doing and had multiple tips/tricks to make it go smoother. She remained calm and gentle when I had problems. I met with Dr. Drone and he was deeply knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I could feel his empathy and am confident in his judgement. I will be returning for needed work and it is a relief to know that they will do all they can to make it as pleasant as possible while still doing an excellent job.
