I don't think I knew what to expect going into my first visit. I ended up picking Michael Drone based on good reviews online (not only highly-rated, but lots of ratings). But the experience was excellent. The friendly staff all introduced themselves to me, I was walked around the attractive building as if I were visiting someone's house, I was given a gift bag and felt spoiled -- it was like I won a VIP pass or was on a school field trip. I'm a pretty easy patient, but they still went out of their way to ask me if anything made me uncomfortable (and I loved that there were "comfort" options to consider on their written in-take form), talked me through every step of the process, and generally made me feel completely at ease. The cleaning went great, and I left feeling very satisfied with my choice. Plus, I love an office where technology is embraced.
