Very happy with 360 degrees! Alexa was excellent at answering all questions and Gerti and crew did outstanding work. They were able to take the car in almost immediately and they handled all the insurance claim red tape. Gerti kept telling me that it would be done right and would be like it never happened. I have never had a more pleasant experience in the auto world! I originally found 360 because they advertised that they might waive the insurance deductible, and as a young adult in 2021 every penny saved is a treasure. The first time I called I spoke with Alexa, I gave her a run-down of my situation, and she was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We stayed in contact through email, which was super convenient for me. That was my choice - she’s also been super responsive over the phone. When all was said and done and I went to pick up my car, I met her husband Gerti and had a great chat. Lovely family-owned business. Today, I hit a famous Pennsylvania Pothole and was stranded with a flat tire about a mile up the road - guess who came to the rescue! This business is amazing, these people are kind and genuine, and I will keep coming back as long as I drive!

I was 6 hours from home when I hit a deer over the 4th of July weekend. 360 was incredibly responsive and helped me to get my car repaired quickly enough that I was not forced to rent a car to drive home. They were available for questions, and went above and beyond my expectations. They helped make an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. Great work, great service!! The plastic cover underneath my car came apart and was dragging on the ground. I literally just showed up - no call ahead, and they fixed it immediately, on the spot, with no charge! I tipped them even though he didn't want any $. This kind of service is a rarity today. This location is 1 hr away from my house and I would definitely take my car here. Will recommend to anyone!

Wow. Great place! I tried a couple of places to get a crunched in rear passenger door replaced and repainted for my daughter's Range Rover. I found a replacement door myself at a used car parts place. (It was black, see pro result in pic)
Alexa, manager of this place is fantastic. I told her this was not a "Ferrari fix," just a 2012 cream puff SUV and she suggested several ways to cut cost. Other places wanted to charge 2 or 3x this shop's price... And the result was outstanding. 1 week estimate to finished.
Amazing work, hats off to work crew.
I highly recommend. If you want to overpay for basic, excellent body work, then go somewhere else on Rt. 611... This is the place I will always recommend.

My bike tire blew out in front of their shop and couldn't get it fixed. I walked in and asked if they could help and they were more than happy to assist. They didn't have a patch to fix my bicycle tire so one of their employees offered to drive me to my car. I offered him $20 for his help and he refused to accept it. Really nice people and can't recommend them enough as clearly they can be trusted. Thanks again guys!

Gerti & Alexa are hands down the best team in the tri-state area for all body repairs & detailing. Had to replace the bumper, grill, headlights & exhaust pipe on a 10 year old car. Got it back to find the new paint perfectly matched, car running smoothly with no obnoxious rattling noise that was previously there, and new lights let me see 2 miles down the road when the high beams are on! I’m telling you, 360 does not disappoint. 5/5, Excellent Value & Timeline, complimentary tire shine & interior detail to boost. Love these guys!!!!!

This business is a throw back to a better time. I had a small damaged area that needed attention for my 2019 Pathfinder. An estimate at another place put the repair beyond what I could afford. The paint job required special detail. I stopped for a quote at 360 Degrees Auto Body Repair and explained my issue and without hesitation Gerti agreed to fix the damage and match the paint at a price I could afford. He did the work and was done in two days and the car looks as good as the day it came off the dealers lot. I am beyond happy. This place is amazing. Thank you Gerti.

Fantastic body shop and staff. I especially appreciated the prompt and clear communication. Due to a part on backorder that we couldn't get an ETA on, they never slowed down trying to get my vehicle back to me with alternate options. They gave me all the available options we had and the pros and cons for each. This let me make an informed decision and weigh my options with solid information.
I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who's looking for high quality body work.
