I have enlisted Paycor as my Organisation's Human Resource manager because it is so versatile in it's functionality. It has been efficient in assisting with every aspect from when we have to hire temporary employees to assist with certain projects or permanent staff. With it I have each employees personal information at hand. Calculating Payroll for staff is now so much easier since this is also an integral feature of Paycor. In a breakdown I can see pay rates, timekeeping and benefits etc on one screen.
