I bought a new condo last year and the previous windows and glass doors were pretty poor workmanship that was letting in drafts in winter, driving up my energy bill, and causing ice and water damage. I called around many places and found out the hard way that Chicago requires companies to have special insurance to do window construction above the third floor! I didn’t want to be stuck with a big company who had the insurance but terrible reviews, so I did some hunting and found Royalty Windows! My first impression was they were very professional and were also respectful of the new furniture I had purchased for my place. They listened to my needs and came up with a great solution that ended up letting in more light than I had even expected in the first place! You can tell they really stand by their work product. And all the work didn’t take them more than two days to do! I couldn’t be happier! Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire these guys!
