Impressive customer service and attention to detail. From the sales rep to the installation team everyone was polite and patient to answer all my questions. Our first installation date had to be postponed when they discovered a small defect in one of the windows. I was kept fully informed of the situation and appreciated that they had the manufacturer fix the problem instead of trying to install it anyway and hope for the best. Reasonable pricing and quality installation service.

Royalty Windows were fantastic to work with. They did an excellent job, stayed on time and on budget and ensured they did quality work. They were very professional and respected our space while they were doing the work to try to salvage as much of the original trim as they could. We would definitely work with them again for siding, windows and doors.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Royalty Windows. From our initial consultations with Joe, to getting the project up and going (with David), we felt like we were in great hands the whole way. Their pricing was very competitive (we checked out multiple other companies in the area) and never felt pressured by them. After placing our order for windows, we had to wait about 8 weeks for the manufacturer to build the windows and our new front door. They came and installed everything (15 windows and our beautiful new front door) in just one day! Super happy all around and best of all it is starting to get cold and we have NO MORE DRAFTS! Thanks guys!

In our condominium unit we had 10 windows and a sliding door replaced by Royalty Windows. Their service was fantastic! They worked with the management company in getting the required documentation quickly. The installation was professional and quick. I will be highly recommending using Royalty Windows to my fellow unit owners.
