My experience with Royalty Windows has been very positive, and I can easily recommend them. While Royalty Windows will work with nationally recognized brands, David suggested we consider a local Chicago window manufacturer which I believe worked to our advantage when it came to cost and sticking to the timeline. David did a good job explaining the features of the windows and how they would fit our needs. David’s product knowledge was excellent and I felt confident in the style and other decisions that he helped me make. When Royalty Window’s sent us their bid a few days later, it was several thousand dollars less than the other two companies who had already bid, and the decision to give them our business was easy. In a time when labor shortages and shipping delays were everywhere, Royalty Windows accurately quoted us a timeline, and within days of the windows being manufactured, Royalty Window’s installers were onsite. The installers had all 30 windows in after the first day, and the second day they finished insulation and trim work just as David had told us they would. The site was kept tidy so that we didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone with our small children. With our new windows, our home is no longer drafty, warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Our neighbors have commented on how nice the new windows look and we too are pleased with the aesthetics. A year later, we’re still very happy with our new windows.
