From the estimate to the planning to the installation itself, Royalty Windows went above and beyond in delivering a quality product for a reasonable price.
We live in the city and our HOA had very strict regulations about window types and appearance. Joe spent hours of his time patiently explaining why this window choice would meet HOA standards for appearance and surpass our HOA's recommended window in quality, energy, etc. This saved us a huge sum of money and allowed us to install quality vinyl windows.
The project was managed by Patrick and he and the installation team did a fabulous job as well. The lifetime warranty policy is wonderful for peace of mind, too.
If we ever need window services in the future we will definitely turn back to Royalty Windows.

We just purchased a house that was in desperate need of new windows. We are new to the area and called around for 3 different estimates. Not only was Friendly Windows the most affordable, David said they pride themselves on phenomenal service and installation. It did take about 8 weeks (2 weeks earlier than estimated) and I was able get on the schedule very quickly. They where able to install 19 windows in 2 days! The only reason they didn't do it all in one day is one of the windows did have a defect. They worked with the manufacture (who is local as well) and able to have the new window the next day. We did experience very cold weather over the holidays and there was no frost or draft on the windows and the house kept warm. The entire process was great and would highly recommend them.

Would recommend! Good work, fair prices. Royalty Windows replaced all our old windows with new, including removing and replacing trim and sealing around the windows with foam. The windows took a long time to arrive due to supply chain issues, but as soon as they arrived the process was smooth and professional to get them installed asap. They were fast, did good work and left the place very clean. We have had the new windows for a few months already and notice a difference in thermal and acoustical performance, and they all work beautifully.

David always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. It took me some time to decide but he followed up without rushing my decision. He did a great job advising me on my options, which saved me money. I went with the more expensive windows for the front of the property and the vinyl on the sides and rear. The installation went quickly and they were neat. I would highly recommend Royalty Windows.

I love the windows. These new windows were a life and money saver this past December when the temps dropped to sub zero. They look great and the installation was done promptly. The price was very competitive with other companies. Plus the manufacturer is a local company.

I found Royalty very professional and pleasant people with whom to deal.When they tell you a time they will be at your house, they are there on the button.
The gentleman who came to install the windows were real craftsmen who believe it or not cleaned up after themselves and left everything exactly a it was before only I had beautiful new windows.
I absolutely would recommend Royalty Windows.
