Great team and windows. They were extremely patient as we went back and forth with decisions and helped us weigh our options. They weren’t pushy and we never felt the process was overly salesy. They were always quick to communicate when we reached out with questions, even when we were waiting on production from the manufacturer. Would hire again!

Joe and the team did a great job replacing 2 entry doors, 2 sliding doors, and 10 windows in our townhouse. They were very communicative but never pushy, and they were willing to negotiate prices to match a competing offer. They were in tune with our desires, including making sure that appropriate holes were drilled in the doors so that we could use electronic locks that we bought and wanted installed. They were very conscious of aesthetic requirements by our HOA. Installation was quick and clean, although the project was slightly delayed because the company they ordered the windows from ran late. At every step, Royalty was a pleasure to work with!

We interviewed several companies and we engaged Royalty Windows to replace 11 windows in our unit. It was an easy experience and we went over our goals with Joe H (salesperson) and he provided several recommendations. He even came out on a Saturday at the warehouse to meet with us and go over the options. We ended up picking Marvin as they were affordable and look great; we went with the black. They also keep the sound and temps out. We are overall very happy with the experience and would recommend.

We interviewed several companies to choose and install our windows (11 in total) and Royalty was heads and tails above everyone. Extremely responsive and educational. Provided videos of the differences between windows and why we should go with the ones we did (ex - added benefits to meet our goals). Enjoying learning about their process. They installed our windows perfectly and so glad we went with them.
