Everyone at Royalty was very easy to work with and communicative. They gave us as much of their time as we needed, kept their appointments, and promptly provided an estimate. When it was time to install the windows, they were efficient and made sure everything was done properly before finish up. I definitely recommend!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Joe, our salesperson, worked with our budget and found us the best quality options for what we could afford. We met with several window companies and this was the only company that actually tried to find a good product within our budget. The installation went very smoothly as well. We had 18 windows and a sliding glass door installed. The installation team was very professional and detailed. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Royalty to anyone looking for a window replacement!

Did multiple measurements during the estimation process. Arrived on time!!! Planned on site work with multiple additional measurements and came up with a plan for the entry door/window installation. Very clean work and did not leave a mess behind! Explained the installation process and answered all questions professionally. With on site "plan of attack," which involved the entire crew, work was completed early. They were able to completely save the Internal and external wood trim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS--THEIR PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO REALLY SHOWED!!!!!
