I recently had the extreme pleasure of working with Jordan Long and his designer, Lisa at UR Cabinets. I was shopping for cabinets for my kitchen & bath renovation. Both Jordan and Lisa were responsive and accommodating. I made several changes in cabinet lines requiring them to redo my design from scratch; those changes were always met with patience & understanding. Jordan & Lisa know cabinets in & out so they can think outside of the box which was so helpful. Contrary to most cabinet companies, they went out of their way to find economical solutions to facilitate my design plan. They also use a very gifted installer makes the whole plan come to reality. I will recommend them to friends and family & I would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

We went through the motions with 2 big box places and one other small business for a full kitchen and laundry room design and it was miserable, stressful, expensive and disorganized. I had given up on anything else and thought it was just a normal fate to accept. My husband couldn't take our experience anymore and found UR cabinets online and then we called Jordan.
After our first call, I immediately felt such a sense of relief. Jordan is very easy to work with. He's professional, efficient, communicative and organized. He really listened to my wants and needs, heard about our experience and suggested we come meet with him. Very quickly before we met, he put together a gorgeous design of exactly what I wanted and was the first vendor to check all of our boxes and offer really helpful suggestions based on our style, and not trying to talk us into things we didn’t want.
His showroom is beautiful and it was easy to pull up the design on his oversized screen and make real time tweaks. After just an hour meeting, we were ecstatic about what he had put together. I have had a few changes since then and he’s flexible and efficient in responding to me. It has been the best vendor, contractor or subcontractor experience for us out of every different company we have worked with on a new home build. As I continue to put out small fires in the process, I feel like I don’t have to worry about our kitchen and laundry room because Jordan has it handled. It’s such a relief. I can’t recommend him enough. We are very pleased with the service every step along the way and will be referring everyone we can his way. The design he created is beautiful. The experience with him has exceeded my expectations in every way. Can’t wait to see our kitchen in our new house!

These guys are AMAZING!! Super pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to find the perfect cabinets that fit exactly what we were looking for and our budget. They went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure we were happy. We shopped 5 cabinet companies and none of the others even compared! They were the only ones that provided us 3D renditions for FREE!! The folks they recommended to install the cabinets were top notch as was the counter top company. Trusting them with your cabinet needs is a no brainer!!

We went to UR Cabinets for recommendation because how happy the customers were after getting theirs kitchen done by Jordan and Lisa. We like European style cabinets and they have it. As soon as I walked in the shop Jordan helped us out with all the questions. Then Lisa took over helping me with the design. They came to house to take measurements several time. It was a lot of back and forth because I wanted an unique design. And they were always willing to help and happy to redo the design. I was driving Lisa crazy changing the ideas all the time. But she always was so happy to help me. We used Justin for the installation; very professional guy, hard worker and easy to deal with. I will recommend to do the installation with Justin. The final look of the kitchen was flawless because Justin took care of every single detail. Jordan was always checking on the job and a call away. Jordan and Lisa are really cool people and super professional. They made the whole process really easy. I do recommend them for the your kitchen. I don’t how how to attach photo here

Can't say enough good things about working with Jordan. We originally hired him to do our kitchen cabinetry, but after seeing his specticular designs we also had him desgin the cabinets for our master bath , guest bath and wine room. We valued his personal taste and advice in helping us choose colors, finishes and hardware during the process. We made numerous changes throughout the process and he was very patient and professional throughout. The range hood was a challenge but Jordan, kept going until he found the right stain and design to fit perfectly into our amazing kitchen.
The wine room was just a concept for us...we knew we did not want a dining room, just a social space to enjoy our love of wine and friends. He presented us with dozens of designs for this space, but we just kept telling him "it's just not right". He was not deterred !!!! He kept going until he found an amazing design and now it is the highlight of our home renovation... and when we couldn't find the right table to fit in the room, he also recommended a collegue to help us find the PERFECT fit for the room. It just shows that he really wanted to make the space perfect for us and he succeeded.
I highly recommend Jordan for and job you have. You will not be disappointed. My rookie pictures dont do his work justice..
