Michael & Jordan kept me in the loop the entire time through pictures. When I received the end product in the mail I was amazed at the craftsmanship. Highly recommended! -Meg (London, UK)

⭐️ 1/5 — Material breach, nonconforming work, structural failures, refusal to cure, then coercive legal threats. I hired UR Cabinets CFL / UR Cabinets Central FL for a custom cabinetry project and followed their exact payment terms: 50% deposit 40% at delivery Final 10% due only after full installation and punch list completion. The project was never completed, and the company failed to meet the contractual conditions required for final payment. Material Breach and Bait-and-Switch: The design I approved was created by UR Cabinets’ own designer, based on measurements they took in person. Yet, when it came time to install, their own installer said the design couldn’t be executed without compromising cabinet integrity—and refused to proceed. These were not hidden conditions. Any competent team should have identified these constraints before finalizing the design. This points to either gross negligence or a bait-and-switch tactic: sell a design to win the contract, then deliver something else. Nonconforming Work and Structural Failures: The delivered cabinetry did not match the signed and approved design, and no written change order was executed or approved. The sink base was incorrectly built for the apron-front sink. The opening was miscut and "fixed" with glued-on panels. Worse, the cabinet lacked proper structural support—so countertops couldn’t be installed without a rebuild. The desk area had the same issue: insufficient support to carry a stone top. Two major structural failures in one small project. Incomplete Work and Refusal to Cure: Visible drill holes, surface damage, and punch-list items were left unfinished. Despite written notice and opportunity to cure, UR Cabinets refused to return or complete the work. Bad-Faith Escalation: Instead of resolving the issues, they escalated with repeated lien threats and had an attorney send a letter attempting to silence factual reviews by calling them “defamation” and vaguely alleging statutory violations. In my experience, this company failed to deliver what they sold, then tried to intimidate their way out of accountability. Buyer beware!!!
