We lost our home last year in Hurricane Helene, and rebuilding our lives has been an uphill battle. We have now worked with hundreds of contractors and subcontractors, and building a home is not for the faint of heart.
While we have dealt with several good, honest, and hardworking contractors, none can hold a candle to Jordan Long and his team at UR. Jordan is exceptionally professional, personable, diligent, honest, articulate, communicative, and considerate. That sensibility trickles down to every member of his company.
He is responsive, he comes up with solutions to every curveball thrown, he goes the extra mile, and he earnestly seems to care and takes great pride in the work that is being done. He has personally shown up on site countless times to ensure not just that the job was done right, but it was performed to his standards.
I cannot recommend Jordan and his team enough, I would be happy to discuss in more detail with anyone that has questions! We couldn't have been luckier to work with UR Cabinets, and we are so grateful we chose to work with them.

I got lucky! After an exhaustive search I found UR Cabinets. I wanted the modern Euro look acrylic high gloss cabinets. Most cabinet shops had no idea what I was talking about. I called and Lisa a kitchen design specialist answered. That's when my luck changed. Lisa knew exactly what I wanted. We worked together for more than a year designing every detail and choosing the right materials. Lisa was always available and became more like a friend. She was wonderful to work with and knew every aspect of the business. My installers were two brothers Dillon and Josh. You could not find two nicer guys and their professionalism was amazing. I thought I was OCD. These guys are perfectionists. Every detail had to be perfect. My kitchen looks exactly as I had imagined it would look. Everyone loves it. Do yourself a favor and check out UR Cabinets. You'll be happy that you did.

From the very beginning, UR cabinets was AMAZING. I have built and renovated several homes over the years and wish I would have met the folks (specifically Lisa) at UR Cabinets before. We walked in to their location on Kennedy last summer with a "rush" request for our new kitchen and laundry room. We had been given the run around for months with 2 other companies and needed a change. Within a day, UR cabinets had pricing and a comprehensive quote with plans to review. We knew immediately we wanted to work with them. They were so quick, so flexible and understood exactly what we were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend them. They even had the most amazing installer who again, was flexible and quick. He (Josh Griffin with JSG Cabinets LLC) was very detailed, showed up and got the job done. My kitchen and laundry room look amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had seen work this company did for one of our neighbors. They were thrilled and it gave us an idea of how to get more functionality from our dining area space. However we didn’t want a copy of what we’d seen, but one that was more traditional than contemporary in design. In addition, the location we wanted was an exterior wall with a transom window and we wanted to keep the plantation shutters on it. Plus I wanted more drawers rather all cupboards and it needed not to resemble my kitchen cabinets but be complementary as the dining space and kitchen are adjacent to each other. We started looking at lots of things in magazines and on line. We just weren’t very confident that everything could be accomplished.
I called Dale answered the phone and attentively listened, asked a few questions and was encouraging about being as specific as possible when we met. We had some photos and sketches ready when he came to the house. He believed our ideas could be incorporated and also made suggestions. We went to the showroom for final selections and made a few changes to include glass doors on the top cabinets, and selected high end quartz which we thought would better compliment the cabinet color and design.
The workmanship is excellent, and the piece has literally transformed the space. When some of our neighbors who have the same floor plan saw it, they wanted to know why our dining area was so much bigger than theirs. It isn’t.
We truly enjoyed working with Dale and would absolutely use UR Cabinets again for other projects.

Our new bathroom vanity cabinets are super high quality and beautiful! Michael was so responsive, friendly and easy to work with. He answered my many questions promptly and was informative and well-versed on his craft. We’ll definitely be returning to UR Cabinets for future custom cabinetry needs.

This place was amazing. We had to replace all our kitchen cabinets after a water leak issue and Michael (designer) was a godsend. He was very informative about the different brands and options to choose from. His design skills and visuals he creates so you can "see" what everything will look like is spot on.
On top of all of this Andy (the installer) is incredibly talented and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He was prompt and on time each day, cleaned up at the end of each day and the end results of the install are outstanding.
I highly recommend Michael and Andy for your kitchen cabinets need. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I are finishing up our kitchen remodel and we used UR Cabinets. This is our second project (primary bathroom) using them for our custom cabinetry needs.
Can’t say enough about the company and specifically MICHAEL who walked us through the design portion with knowledge and experience. He guided us through options and accompanying costs so there were no surprises. We love the final design and Michael thought through every detail and was proactive in handling finishing touches. We used an installer recommended by Michael and he was amazing…efficient and precise!
This project couldn’t have gone smoother and we ended up with a gorgeous kitchen that we will enjoy with our family for many years to come.

UR Cabinets Rocks.. Jordan is exceptional. We found UR cabinets online after researching several companies after we were unhappy with our builder picked cabinet company. I am so happy we went with him and his team. He is such a gentleman and so pleasant to work with. He provides real time 3D designs in his shop and upfront pricing that is so important when you have very expensive projects, like all the cabinetry for our kitchens, bar, master bathrooms, vanities, outdoor cabinets, etc. in our new bay-front home build. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect with very high level finishes you would expect in exceptional homes. He was always available and easy to communicate with and so responsive. I can't praise him enough for his integrity, workmanship, work ethics, his products, timelines, efficiency and his desire and drive to meet above and beyond your highest expectations. He is the best in the industry by far and we are so so happy we found him for our home build project.
