It was an extraordinary request -- and an extraordinary performance. Lane, at our request, for Arizona District 3 Toastmasters, was faced with an awards ceremony that would have no awards. Due to a snafu beyond our control, Catherine, our chair for the 2018 Arizona Toastmaster's Spring Conference May 18-20, at the Phoenix Sheraton Crescent, featuring world-renown motivational speaker Patricia Fripp, requested a nearly impossible task of Lane Awards: produce 30 amazing awards in 24 hours. They complied -- to the amazement of all who received those awards. It truly made the feel of first Corporate Appreciation and Workshop meeting impressively memorable for those awardees for those who attended and those who heard about the event.
