I recommend NewMedia, if you are looking for a professional a company to put together a great website. They are very knowledgeable with a lot of expertise in this field. I needed some help redesigning my website and optimizing it for better Google rankings. I was so intimidated by the amount of information out there, but luckily I stumbled on NewMedia after a client recommended them. Chad was professional, gave me a reasonable rate and then they went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the results. I love my new site and the SEO optimization they did is amazing! Steve and his team are extremely quick to respond to any issues we have. We recently experienced a small e-commerce glitch with the version of Magento we had running, and NEWMEDIA’s team of developers took no time at all getting a fix in place while they coordinated the updates needed to the newest version. We were kept in the loop and made aware of the problem as soon as they discovered it, and then again when the problem had been fixed. NEWMEDIA really goes above and beyond and I would recommend them to any e-commerce company out there.

We engaged with NEWMEDIA to develop our company's strategic marketing plan and redo our website. Everyone we worked with on their team was enthusiastic about our company and products, as we worked to identify target audiences and the best channels and tactics to reach them at the best CPE. Their designers and developers made significant improvements to our website. The public side and the admin are both very streamlined, and it loads a lot quicker. We've already seen an increase in our organic search. They set up the Wordpress CRM for us and trained our staff on how to use it, and we are now able to manage our entire online presence with our employees.
