I cannot believe how easy it is to feel better and quickly. Since starting Betr Health, I found a strong community of coaches and people that are rooting and encouraging success. Within the first three days of changing my eating pattern and style, I started to be able to sleep better, relax more, fit into the pants that were seam-ripping tight for the past two years and make strong fists since my hands were not swollen. I am narrowing in on the time when I can eat the Betr plan 80% of the time and the “other” way 20% of the time; however, I feel so great that I cannot imagine putting improper foods back into my body. Thank you Dr. Ferro and staff and coaches as well as the Betr community. You all mean a lot to me.

Was offered the opportunity to try Betr Health through my insurance. It has been a good experience. Lost weight and am continuing to lose the weight. Good support with my coach and through the community chat. The Tuesday evening chats have been encouraging and enlightening. Thank you Dr. Ferro and to Heidi and Dani!
