As GREAT as it gets. I first had an appliance bucket shop come here, as dictated by my home warranty plan. I had doubts the minute this clown showed up. He professed the problem with my Sub Zero within a minute, without any tests or anything. Said he had to order a part. It took three weeks to get the part. He came back, told me it was fixed, but it was still busted. No refrigerator at all. So then I just called Certified Refrigeration. They were able to get here in two days...confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes after a couple of tests. The entire cooling unit failed....20 years old. He had the parts on the truck, fixed it within an hour and my fridge was 37 degrees 3 hours later. Completely professional, honest and courteous. Don't hesitate or waste your time with anyone else, especially if its a Sub Zero.
