Very pleased. Called this am with broken ice cube maker. They came by early afternoon and fixed the issue. They also suggested adding on a full maintenance filter and filtration switch which was long overdue. They came with all parts needed and finished it all in less than an hour. Really kind and patient service man.

These guys stand behind the parts they use in repairs. I had a weird issue with an ice maker they installed 14 months earlier, nothing related to their work. They came out the same day I called them, resolving the problem free of charge. Very impressive team and service! Highly recommend.

I called Certified and they came within three hours. They had all the necessary parts on their truck to repair my 20 year old Wolf oven AND my 20 year old Sub-Zero! The oven needed several parts as it stopped working and the fridge needed a new gasket and a cooling fan. All was done in a couple of hours. Great service and Joe the tech was very competent and friendly. Good Job Certified!
