My 17 year old daughter, Kelli was hit broadside by a lady who ran a stop sign last year. The lady who hit her had Ocean Harbor Insurance which is basically just like being hit by someone who has no insurance. My daughter went to the ER and had an MRI, X-rays and other tests which added up to $15,000. Bruce Silver worked with us to set up referrals for physical therapy so that my daughter could get the care she needed to make a full recovery. He was able to get all up front costs waived as we went through her treatment. Bruce and Elaine Silver worked with my UN-insured (U.I.) motorist policy in order to get us a settlement to pay down some of our medical bills. Bruce was also very successful in negotiating our bills with the hospital, the imagery center and the physical therapist way down to almost 20% of the original bills. He got us an initial settlement and then a few months later when he got the bills knocked down we got a second settlement which was larger than the first one. This money made up for some time my daughter lost at work and enabled us to put aside some other money in case she needs future treatment while still leaving some money left over for college expenses. My daughter is a legal adult now and learned a valuable lesson which is...doctor offices and insurance companies are hard to deal with and that is why you hire an attorney like Bruce. He knows the ins and outs and will work for you so you can focus on yourself. I chose Bruce Silver for my daughter because he helped me through a similar accident over five years ago. I absolutely recommend Bruce! He helped me out so much after my accident! I got hit t-boned on my driver side by a un-insured driver with absolutely no sympathy. I had to go to the emergency room and go through physical therapy. Bruce and his team helped us out and ended up compensating me for my pain. I don't know what we would have done without him!
