Hank was amazing! I never knew buying a house could be so involved, but Hank was there the whole way leading and guiding us. In the end, we found and bought the house of our dreams! We definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without his expertise! Call him! It'll be the best move you'll ever make!

That pretty much describes where my former wife and I were before calling Hank. We were upside down in our mortgage, recently divorced and had to dissolve the marital property quickly. I called Hank based on online reviews from his previous customers - and I'm glad I did. Hank Bailey called the same day I requested a consult, came to our home to better understand our situation and walked us through the process of a short sale. Since this was the 1st house we'd ever bought, it was also our first sale.
Hank and his team found several interested buyers very quickly, and in just over two months from contacting his office, we have closed on the short sale. WOW! We are taking the time to write this review because his service was exceptional, he is a true professional and you won't be left wondering if you have someone in your corner serving YOUR best interest - or the banks.

I must say that Hank is one of the best in the business, definitely in the Atlanta metro, when it comes to real estate. He was everything I looked for in a realtor. He was very knowledgeable of real estate, the local area, and very responsive to any questions that I had. He honestly made my short sale process seem quite painless. He took the time to explain anything I asked him (typically within minutes) and he was always there when I needed him. If you are really looking for a realty professional that gets the job done, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Hank. I promise you won't regret it!

My husband and I were just starting to browse and entertain the thought of purchasing our first home, when Hank walked into our lives. We met Hank when we called to set up a showing of a house that we liked. At that time we didn't have a buyer's agent, but as soon as we met Hank, we instantly knew that he was the agent for us. His knowledge and familiarity of the market, use of technology, professionalism, and positive attitude makes him the perfect all-around agent. Throughout the entire process, Hank was always well prepared and extremely knowledgeable about homes and areas we were considering. Another nice thing was that, while we knew Hank had other clients, he always made us feel like we were the most important ones. He is great for first-time homebuyers because he really listens to what you want and doesn't waste your time showing you houses that he knows wouldn't fit your family's needs. Hank's patience is that of Saint, which as you know, will come in handy for all first-time homebuyers looking for that "perfect house." Hank will take your budget and work tirelessly to get you the most for your money. While Hank is as friendly as they come, he also understands the necessity to be tough when it comes to negotiating the best deal. "Hank the Tank" will stand firm and will not back down when it comes time to negotiate that purchase price. Hank is exactly what you are looking for in a real estate agent. Hank Bailey is a 5 star Realtor! In June of 2011, my wife and decided to move back home to New Orleans for personal reasons. When we started to look at selling our house, we found that we were significantly underwater due to the housing crisis. Anyway, that's when we found Hank. he came to our home and explained the Short Sale process to us. he assured us that he would due everything in his power to see that we were taken care of and would work diligently to sell our home. Well, I can tell you that as of today, my wife and I just closed on the sale of our home. The process was not as bad as some make it to be. Hank was there explaining everything step by step over the past several months. I truly believe that had we not found Hank, we would have foreclosed on our house months ago. I would recommend to ANYONE looking to sell their home to give Hank a call today.

For being a young couple and trying to find a home, Hank was great. He took us seriously and worked hard for us. He found us our dream home, and worked hard to get it for our price range! A MASTER CLASS IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. That’s what it was like working with Hank Bailey. I recently worked with Hank in the purchase of my new home. I have been involved in the purchase and sale of nearly a dozen homes over the years, and never have I had such a pleasant experience as working with Hank.
As a corporate attorney, with a real estate license, I am not the easiest of clients to please. Hank surpassed all of my expectations of an agent. His knowledge of the local Atlanta market, especially Gwinnett County, is truly remarkable. In today’s volatile real estate market, buyers and sellers need a seasoned agent who knows and understands the market, has a strong working knowledge of the current market of distressed properties and the process to close such a property, has a varied and high quality network of related professionals (i.e. lenders, inspectors, etc.) to refer to clients that require such services and has the negotiation skills to get the deal done at the right price. Hank is a rare agent who has all of these qualities and has the added bonus of being a really nice guy.
Hank’s attention to detail separates him from the average agent. Hank listened to my needs and wants, which I have to say, were at times all over the place and ever changing. Nevertheless, Hank found listings that matched both my needs and wants.
Prior to visiting properties, Hank provided me with detailed listing information on each of the homes to be viewed. If I had a question, Hank either had the answer or quickly found the answer. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly. Rarely did more than a few hours go by before I received a response. Throughout the purchase process Hank worked with the relevant parties to coordinate a smooth transaction with an on time closing. He was present at every walk through and inspection, and followed up as necessary to make certain all open items were taken care of in a timely manner. His use of online tools made processing paperwork possible even when I was travelling. At each step of the process, Hank kept me updated as to the progress and let me know when there was an action for me to complete. You don’t come across a professional like Hank Bailey very often. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Hank, I am compelled to do so in this instance.
I closed on my house two weeks ago and love the house. I have no plans to move anytime soon, but when I do, Hank Bailey will be the agent to sell this house and help me purchase the next!

Hank Bailey is top-notch! He is very personable and so easy to talk to; but most importantly, he is very professional and very knowledgeable. He not only knows the areas he is servicing, but he also knows what he is selling. I am very impressed with the service I received from him. My questions were answered in minutes--not hours or days. He was also very helpful with respect to the quality of the houses we went to look at; and he was not at all pushy or aggressive. Since I have no experience in buying a home, I depended on him very heavily to guide me in the right direction; and he did a masterful job!

Hank was most helpful in helping us find our first home. After seeing about a dozen homes, there was one that stuck out from the rest and he helped make it happen. Hank is even returning a $1200 credit back to my wife and I that we are going to use toward a new refrigerator! My husband and I met hank conincidentally as we were browsing the internet searching for a home. My husband came across a home that we were interested in and Hank was the listing agent. My husband contacted Hank who was in a closing. Although he was in a closing, he still provided us with all the specs on this house. Hank did not know us, but he still provided us with a plethora of information as if we were his clients. My husband says that as soon as he sent the address to Hank via text, the info came over before he could put the phone down. During this time we had an agent, however, after placing offers on five homes and losing all five bids, we hired Hank. The very first home we placed an offer on with Hank, we won. Hank is knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, and superb at his craft to say the least. He has been nothing short of a blessing to us. I could go on and on, but I will stop here.

Hank worked with us to help us take advantage of the foreclosures on the market in 2010. Once we gave him the criteria of what we were interested in, he supplied us with lists of options that all had potential for our needs.
We spent some time riding around looking at some of our top picks on those lists and after a few days, narrowed our list down to one specific house that we wanted. Hank was patient and offered great guidance throughout the process and never became annoyed that we were taking so long to examine the long list of houses we were looking at.
When it came time to write the offer, Hank offered excellent advice on how to structure the offer to the bank so that it would be taken seriously by the bank and hopefully even put our offer ahead of other offers that were less appealing to the bank.
His guidance was priceless. We submitted our offer on Monday morning just before the bank opened. There were multiple offers on the house, but apparently each of the other offers were asking things of the bank that they were not interested in delivering. Just after lunch on that very same day, the bank replied that they had accepted our offer with no changes to the conditions. We credit Hank with that success because there were things that we would have liked to included and he cautioned us that those things could potentially make our offer less appealing.
When it comes to buying foreclosures, short sales, and just properties in general, I would recommend Hank as my first call. He understands that buying a house is a HUGE decision and is willing to give you the proper amount of time to consider that decision. Do yourself a favor and call him when you are ready to buy or sell.

For someone with very little experience in home buying I am very greatful that Hank is my agent. From the very start Hank has been nothing but professional, timely, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Every question asked to Hank (no matter what) was not a burden, it is apparent that this is more than a job for him as he does everything possible to keep his clients feeling comfortable throughout the process, from finding the right home to ensuring you get to closing without any loose ends. I would highly recommend Hank to anyone without hesitation. When you see his mission statement "Being Just Good Enough, Never Is!" This is Hank at his finest because be truly believes in just that. Since my last message due to unforeseen setbacks on my part it has been 5 months and I have finally closed on my dream home (the same one Hank and I have been working on since the start). It is a pleasure to write this review for Hank Bailey. During the time I have worked with Hank I have been especially impressed with his professionalism. In addition to being a professional, Hank possesses extensive market knowledge, financing and negotiation skills . I contacted Hank last year when I called about a home he had listed on his website. I explained to Hank that I had two (2) objectives..the first was I wanted a dwelling with “character” the second, I was looking for a good investment. We quickly found that the two do not necessarily go hand in hand. During this time it became apparent that Hank's objective was not to “just put me in a house” and then move on. Instead, over the following months Hank contacted me on a regular basis with possibilities that he felt were worthwhile to consider . Hank Bailey is the best agent to work with by far! My best friend is an agent with a competing company and we still chose Hank to help buy our 2nd home. He made it possible to buy a second home for our growing family when we grew out of our current home and our job locations changed. Now seeing how the purchasing of a home is supposed to go (thanks to Hank), I realized when we bought our first home how bad we messed up.
