CDC rates Mexico is a Level 4, Do Not Travel country. The mid March 13 day tour is still going forward. We have voiced our concerns for months and were encouraged not to cancel because Julie stated she had a “gut feeling” the tour would be canceled. We cannot get a refund and Fantasy will not offer travel credit.
COVID is a deadly virus. It isn’t worth the risk. We’ve been very cautious and so far avoided it. We will get the vaccine as soon as it’s available for us but it isn’t now. It seems like Fantasy is not concerned for customers safety.

We paid our deposit for the Kentucky Derby tour in September 2019. The balance due had to be paid in January 2020. We called the tour company asking for a refund due to Covid-19 the first part of March. We were told we were out of the full refund dates and we would only be able to receive half of our payment back. They informed us the Kentucky Derby had never been cancelled and would not be changed due to Covid-19. The Derby was moved to September, we still received only half of our payment back. The couple we were traveling with received the same refund, only half of their payment back also. Every other reservation we have had to cancel due to Covid-19 has been refunded in full, no problems, no questions asked. They will reply to this with their canned response, kind of think they run on a very tight budget

We paid in full, up front for the 8 day Oshkosh Air venture. Oshkosh had a huge rain event which closed the campground. We know that Fantasy did not cause this, but neither did we. We lost 2 1/2 days of the event. We incurred almost $200 in added expense to make alternative camping arrangements. The food was tasty, but at a cost of over $3200 I didn't expect to provide my own chair, beverage and eat on my lap.
Fantasy will give us a refund of $100 for a rally that we paid over $400 per day for. We do not feel that this is adequate.

If you want to see more reviews go to rv groups on Facebook. You never hear anything good. This company is not reputable. Ask any one that went to the oshkosh rally. Everyone got cheated out of their money. Please do the research before using these people. Save yourself a lot of money and pain.

Fair warning, friends. we had to cancel an RV tour because of a health emergency, and Fantasy is refusing to give all our money back. This is not for convenience, but for a severe health issue requiring hospitalization, with probable surgery. A life threatening event. Who would have thought? The cancellation policy doesn't care if it's a whim or an emergency. They want their money. Period. At the time of booking, this was NEVER explained to us. We were never even told about Travel Insurance. We are an elderly couple....the typical demographic of this group. We will all face health issues, but Fantasy avoids that conversation. BE AWARE

Fantasy kept 25% of my money when they made many errors before the tour. They gave bogus information on rules to enter Mexico including number of pets, use of credit cards. The trip of a lifetime became the financial disaster of the year for me.
