Such a responsive and helpful practice, the vets/nurses/reception staff I’ve spoken to are all lovely. The Goddard group as a whole were also were very good when I had an emergency as they could see me straight away at their large hospital in Wanstead and everything was linked up very well.

My furry bundle of joy was seen by Dr. Thomas today. She was absolutley amazing. She was warm and down to earth, putting both my cat and I at ease. Really though, the staff in general is so lovely. I'm really happy with this vet practice and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

The staff is very professional and most of all they have the pets interest at heart.
For sure I would recommend and if I ever have another pet in future for sure this will be my go to vet.
Sadly my baby is not with us anymore but I have to thank you all for the support and compassion during this difficult time.

Dr Judy-Ann Thomas the best Veterinary Surgeon I have come across.
She was very thorough and attentive towards my cat Arthur,I cant thank enough for all help and explanations regarding my cats condition.
The Team -the nurses and the receptionists very helpful and reassuring.
I would definitely recommend them!

I was reading through the reviews and I agree with Emma L.
The receptionist that AGNE is rude and unprofessional, and I to felt a racial attack. Claire who emailed me clearly supports this act, but it is disgusting service. I will never return there again. If you are of color watch out for these women

I have several horrible experiences with them. I try so many times with them, since their location is near to my place. I don’t want my cats travel far since the cats don’t like being in the car. However I don’t know if it’s racist treatment since I’m Asian or my pet’s appointment isn’t important to them. I feel unfair in getting treatment in here.
Update - 18-04-2023
Their version of “dealing” with this issue is emailing me to inform me that they support the actions of the staff member (Agnes/Claire and Caroline). I am truly shocked and disgusted that Goddard has not dealt with this matter with fairness and have denied any wrong doing and that the customer service provided that day was beyond satisfactory.
