My father just got his super visa approval from IRCC with the help from Matkowskey Immigration law. His first application was rejected, and after he submitted his second one, he received a procedural fairness letter (PFL) because of some misunderstanding of his travel history many years ago. We then luckily found Matkowsky Immigration. They are very experienced in dealing with such kind of the cases and prepared a very professional and detailed response to IRCC as the representative of my father. Without their help, my father could not have got the approval! It means a lot to our family and we cannot thank you enough! Highly recommend!

Great work done and much awaited Canada Tourist Visa granted basis absolutely professional approach put in by Matkowsky Immigration Law.
Based in India, had applied for Tourist Visa twice (through local Consultants) both rejected by giving different reasons each time. Approached Matkowsky Immigration Law (based at Toronto Canada) who advised to apply again through them, which if rejected could proceed forward through Judicial Review and/or Court Process. Applied again throught Matkowsky, rejected. Matkowsky took it up for Judicial Review and / or Court Process with focused documentation, case law references and legal submissions. On submission of this document, Judicial Review was granted, which I accepted. Basis this Tourist Visa was approved.
After a long wait for more than 1-1/2 years from 1st application finally have my Tourist Visa. Thanks to Matkowsky Immigration Law and their Consultants for the focused advice, great documentation and legal submissions.

I Kalpesh Patel citizen of Kenya really thank Matkwosky immigration law firm.Mackenzie Stern and the team helped me with great effort towards my visitor visa application and Judicial review process. I was very impatient but Mackenzie stern did not hesitate to answer all my questions on.email. I was banned for PR application a few years ago due to a fake agent by name Nick.thereafter I had tried again for a visit visa which was also rejected. I came across Matkwosky Law firm who was handling also my son applications. I got inspired and decided to give the firm my Visit Visa application which was rejected but Mackenzie stern again gave me hopes for Judicial review as the decesion of refusal were boilerplate. I decided to go for the Judicial Review. Within a week I got the settlement offer to reopen the file and set aside the refusal reasons. At this point I felt more confident and as usual being impatient I wrote few email to Mackenzie to ask about my file. Mackenzie Stern showed always positive and answered my emails.
After 3 month of receiving the settlement offer I got the passport submission letter from IRCC. I was really overjoyed and gave the good news to my Parents and family members.
I will always be thankful to Mackenzie and team to help me out in my application to be a success .

Matkowsky immigration provides elite services. I was a week away form my OWP expiring with no clear direction to go. Panicked!... I emailed John on a Friday due to a previous representation. Monday I get a email outlining some options I have to remedy my expiring OWP and not getting back sooner (1 day). He pointed out that even though the remaining time is very short they specialized in getting LMIA WP applications done quickly and correctly due their vast experience and specialization in these matters.
After deep consideration and weighing the cost associated with falling out of status, I decided to move forward using Matkowsky Immigration firm due to their stellar reputation, excellent customer service, and client friendly approach.
On Wednesday of the same week, my case is assigned to immigration lawyer, Mackenzie Stern. I get a outline of all the documents required and answers I will need to proceed (LMIA Documents, letters of recommendation, intent to hire). Most of the documents were collected over the last month in preparation for the submission process). After answering several questions in writing and getting all the required documents to support my job offer from my current employer we were moving in the right direction.
As the adage goes ... "When preparation meets opportunity"... we were able to complete and submit a superior product to IRCC with a robust submission letter that address all areas of concern while finalizing the app with 2 days remaining on the OWP.
I was able to get the Approved LMIA from my Employer which was forwarded to Matkowsky immigration. All the follow up questions were asked and a web portal submission was submitted to update my application with the LMIA.
Fast forward.... less the 3 months to the day my submission was approved and now I have a LMIA WP. I am beyond words!. I just want to extend my gratitude to the Matkowsky Team. Matkowsky you are #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
