I use my wrap for two main reasons. One is for cellulite/skin improvement. My skin looks younger and tighter with regular use of the wrap. I use it at least three times a week. I love to work out and do so on a regular basis. I love to use red light therapy on my back. I also have old injuries on my ankle and shoulder. Regular red light use on these areas has helped with my exercise performance and I don't have the same level of pain I used to experience.

I received my nushape wrap as a Christmas gift. I jog about 8-10 miles a week. My knees were starting to hurt all the time. I started using my Nushape wrap on them. I really love this product (lipo belt) and the customer service with this company has been fantastic. I have had the belt over a year now and it has not only helped with inches lost but also with stiff muscles. My family has used it after working out to get the fascia moving on areas on their bodies.
