John is incredible!!! We had a freak accident with our Wolf microwave door and we called the hotline to book an apt around 6:30pm. I tried calling Wolf directly but they were closed. John called me back at 7pm, clearly after hours but he was so professional and he took the time to help guide me through the process and the options we had for getting the microwave fixed. What I appreciated most is that he was honest about the cheaper route being to use our warranty from Wolf. He took the time to look up the skew & find out how long the part would take to come. He sent me all of the info I needed to share with Wolf and get a faster resolution with them. 10/10 highly recommend John and this business. What a genuinely good person!
