I'd been watching Youtube videos to try and understand my Sub Zero problems, and I saw Johns videos on Youtube. I called his company and he rang me back in 5 minutes. Even though I was across the country, he had the heart to talk me through some diagnostics and gave me his best advice. Only took him a few minutes to guess the issue and directed me in the right direction. Thankful for his help and I am happy to share my positive experience.

Joe and John were absolutely wonderful. They responded to my panicked call on a Sunday evening and helped me troubleshoot my fridge over the phone. As soon as I gave them my model number, they knew exactly what the issue was and even followed up with me in the morning! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional - couldn't recommend them more
