My fridge was overheating, literally. I could not get in touch with anyone other company. Not only did they actually pick up the phone on a Saturday afternoon, they fixed it Sunday morning. Eric came out and he is a very nice guy.

great company! exceptionally quick response. My sub was fixed in no time with limited to no mess. Finally a sub zero repair company that didn't make me feel I was bothering them. Joe was the tech they sent and he was wonderful. His explanations were concise. In and out in a jiffy!

I had the pleasure to speak with Joe Battaglia concerning my Sub Zero refrigerator and the problem I was having. My ice maker wasn't working and flashed a signal telling me our ice condenser was not working. Joe could have easily charged me $85 for the visit and 1/2 of labor and parts but instead he told me a few functions and items I needed to do to reset the mechanism. To my surprise it worked and it cost me $0. To my amazement I had an honest guy on the other end of my phone and in the future I will only call Joe the owner of Certified Refrigeration to work on my refrigerator if any future problems arise. Don't bother looking for anyone else when you have a reputable guy like Joe in the field.

My Sub Zero was shot - so I thought. Joe came back 4 or 5 times trying to diagnose the problem. I was ready to shell out $15K for a new Sub Zero but he was determined to go the extra mile to narrow down what the problem could be. He literally spent hours and hours on it over multiple days and it paid off. Joe also called to follow up over the weekend to ensure everything was still working. He said he lost sleep over our refrigerator and I believe him! I will recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, responsive and capable repair service.
