The compressor on our very old Sub Zero was broken and needed replaced. Of course this happened right before we were due to leave for vacation, but Certified came within a few hours of us calling! Also, they basically redid the entire fridge and it is now like brand new. The workers were extremely professional and very 'excited' about refrigerators. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs to their subzero.

Had a leak in my ice maker line, they got here in 45 minutes and tightened a bolt for me ( I couldnt find it). They charged me $85, awesome.

I did my homework to see which Sub-zero repair company was the most affordable and had the most experience, and Certified Refrigeration came out on top by a long haul. Their customer service was truly a pleasure. I had my subzero fixed the very same day I called and the repair man who came was quick, respectful and very clean. My Sub-zero has been running like a brand new unit since. Look no further, I highly recommend Certified Refrigeration.

I woke up to water on my kitchen floor and freaked out. Called a plumber who said I needed a new refrigerator. I called the company and a man named Joe came by that afternoon and fixed the problem. My wallet is very happy and my drinks are cold! LOL
