Tom was able to diagnose the persistent problem in minutes. We discussed in detail the least invasive solutions and made a plan to get it done! Tom was also incredibly personable. I had such a nice time talking with him I didn't want him to leave!

4/12/18 Today we had CGI install spray foam insulation, for years we have been uncomfortable in our Capecod house so I decided to do something about it. I researched and found CGI and read everything on website, I called Tom for estimate. I also had four other estimates but went with Tom because I trusted him. Also I was impressed with the men that installed insulation they were really nice and everything was cleaned up when they finished. 3/19/19 Tom I wanted to send quick text to tell you how the spray foam insulation has changed our lives. We were able to go through a summer and winter in comfort for the first time in 30 years. Proof in our electric bill. Thanks Jennifer
